- Society name and registration number
- City and number of buildings and flats

How a pilot works
- 1
Your books stay official
You keep your current system as the society's books of record. Khula Aashiana runs alongside it for one month.
- 2
No real bills or payments
Nothing is billed or collected through the app during a pilot. Every figure is marked "pilot, figures not for statutory use".
- 3
You see your own numbers
Members see your society's real spending, contracts, red flags and their own bill explained, and you learn whether the rules match your bills.
- 4
Leave any time, data returned
At the end, or whenever you ask, you get a full export and we delete our copy.
We use the details you send only to reply about a pilot, and keep them for up to 12 months unless we agree a pilot. See our Privacy Policy.
